We do not accept any returns on seamoss sold.
Refunds
We reserve the right to issue refunds. Refunds are assessed on an individual basis. To request refunds send an email to Contact info@organicseamossltd.co.uk, within 7 days of sale. The email should include your fully paid invoice receipt. Once received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
